Wings Over Camarillo 2022

Welcome to the 2022 Wings Over Camarillo Airshow FIRST Robotics demonstration!

When: Friday-Sunday August 19-21, 2022
Where: Camarillo Airport: 455 Aviation Dr, Camarillo, CA 93010
Cost: Teams will receive 10 free tickets to the Airshow with additional available for purchase at a discounted price.
Food: Breakfast, lunch, and small snacks will be provided to the 10 free members.

Team Information

Load-In:

The airshow is on both Saturday and Sunday. FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) teams are expected to stay both days of the event with load-in on Friday, August 19th from 3 PM - 5 PM or on Saturday, August 20th from 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM.

Load-Out:

Teams may load out their items on Sunday, August 21st starting at 4:30 PM when the airshow concludes. A secondary load-out gate will be available for teams to drive into the venue for easy load-out.

Tickets:

Teams can pick up their tickets on Friday from the event hosts or on Saturday at will-call with a valid photo ID from the adult mentor listed on the team application.

Wristband tickets will be valid for both days of the event, and the team is responsible for replacing any lost wristbands. As indicated above, registered teams will be provided a 50% discount code for additional single-day tickets.

Event Support:

We will occasionally ask for a team representative to assist at the FIRST information desk to share their experiences with prospective students and their families. Please provide a member when requested. Representatives will be regularly cycled from teams.
