Important Information for the Event:

The airshow is both Saturday and Sunday, and teams must stay both days of the event. Teams can load into the event on Friday, August 20 from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM Load-In @ Gate 7 or on Saturday, August 21 from 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM Load-In @ Gate 9.

Event Admission
If you load in on Friday, you can get your wristbands from Aaron or Joy at the STEM Pavilion (wearing red 691 t-shirts). If you load in on Saturday, please have your mentor go to Will Call (at the Breezeway, the CAF ticket entrance) with their ID to get your team's wristbands. Each team will get 13 wristbands which are for both admissions and for the complementary breakfast and lunch, so please don't lose them!

On Friday, you can drive into the airport to unload. Please drive slowly and remember that the aircrafts have the right of way. If you are unloading on Sunday, please drive through Gate 9 to the back side of the hander and park there. Remember that you must exit Gate 9 before 9 AM and park in the lot across the street (otherwise, you will be towed).
Please drop off students in the handicap lot adjacent to the CAF Museum, and then proceed to parking in either the volunteer lot or the harbor freight lot across from gate 9. These lots are free.

Walk-Through Entrances
You can enter the airport on Eubanks St near the CAF Museum. The STEM Pavilion and Will Call are in the Breezeway between the two hangers of the Museum.
If you enter through a guest entrance, please ask a Wings Over Camarillo Volunteer for directions to the CAF Breezeway.

Complimentary pancake breakfast is from 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM each day.
For lunch each day, please go to the Hospitality Hanger from 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM. Snacks will also be provided in the afternoon in that location.

Event Set-Up/Logistics
The demo will be in the STEM Pavilion in a large hanger. While there are electrical outlets, teams will need to bring their own extension cords if power is needed.
Teams will be using a 6' table; black tablecloths will be provided if you do not have your own.
The public gates are open from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM, so please arrive at or before 8:30 AM. Member(s) of your team must be present at your booth the entire event, so please stagger meals among your members appropriately.
The STEM Pavilion is locked and the airport fenced and security gated, so items may be left in the hanger overnight.

Event Support
Each team must have 1-2 student volunteers at the FIRST info desk to represent the greater program at all times (ie. representatives may be swapped out at any given time).

Gate 9 will be open from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM on Sunday for vehicles to drive in and pack up. Once all visitors have exited, you will also be able to use Gate 7 for loading out.
